I think this network marketing idea is absolutely brilliant, completely hilarious, and quite frankly, Passion Party is a Great company.  If you are under 18, please do not read this review as it has sexual language, and a very graphic picture.  This Review will Give an insightful and interesting review about the sex toy company that has been leading their industry niche since 1994.

There are some pros and cons to this unique opportunity, but lets start with the good.  Sex education is something that is lacking for many people around the world.  Passion Party carries the slogan, “Women Helping Women.“  Their product line is absolutely hilarious, and when women get together for their “Passion Parties,” its a good time for all; just ask this famed celebrity:

I can’t stop laughing about the thought of a group of women getting together to pass around dildos, nipple cream, Ben Wa Balls, and dance on stripper poles.  As far as I can tell this is pretty much an MLM for women.  I believe that men can be reps for this company, but lets face it guys, most of us are nowhere near mature enough to throw a passion party.  We would spend most of the time sword fighting with dildos.  However, if you are a single guy, joining this opportunity and attending the company conventions would probably be a great way to meet a sexually enlightened partner.  It would be like trying to meet chicks by joining Home-economics class in High School on steroids.

One really great thing about this company is that it should be pretty easy to get people to a home meeting.  Everyone that I have ever talked with that attended one of these, “Passion Parties,” had a great time, and learned something.  The company has been around since 1994, so it is also very stable.  They are also spreading sexual enlightenment in a tactful, and fun way.

At first glance it would appear that the company is kicking themselves in their sexually enlightened vaginas’ (LOL) by not marketing to men, but this is not the case.  Women actually make up 70% of the sales force in Network Marketing, so by not marketing to men, they only lose less than a third of the industry.  Besides, if single guys catch on to the fact that Passion Party conventions can be a great way to meet sexually exploratory women, they just might find a whole new way to recruit.

So what are the downsides?  From what I can tell, Passion Party has a pretty bad compensation plan.  There isn’t even a PDF version of the comp plan on the website, so its pretty hard to know how to make money with them. The little I could find didn’t impress me. Your reason for aligning yourself with Passion Party should not be because you think it will be the Most Profitable Venture, but you should do so because you are passionate about exploring your sexuality and you have the desire to share that passion with others.

The other problem is it would not be a very difficult thing for another company to come out with  a “Me Too” product.  This simply means another MLM selling the exact same thing.  However, they do have first mover advantage with this product line, and I couldn’t find another MLM competitor when I did a quick search.  There may be one, or maybe there will be one, but it will be difficult for them to take the lions share of the market as Passion Party has done.

The only other company that is coming up in the search engines anywhere near  this niche is PleasureBuilder.com, and they are completely different.  Rather than focusing on sexual education, Pleasurebuilder.com is selling pornography sites through network marketing.  If you are thinking about aligning yourself with Pleasure Builder, please contact me because I have a few points that you should consider before doing so.

Also, I don’t know very many dudes that would be stoked if their woman came home with the product pictured here which is known as “The Triple Tickler Dolphin.”  I’m well equipped, but lets be honest, this puppy is intimidating.  I’m sure this gets great reviews, but Good Hell, what crazy mind came up with this creature… veins and all?  At my Passion Party, I choose this for my Sword.  Can you imagine your 3 year old finding this?  “Mommy, What’s this?“  For recommended answers I suggest the following: “Spaceship,” “Very Dangerous Gun, don’t EVER…. EVER touch that,” “Your Father is in Big Trouble!” and, “Where did that come from?”

Some may be concerned that since the company has been around since 1994, that the market for this company is fairly saturated.  I disagree with that for 2 main reasons:

1. The need for sexual education for both men and women is in a constant need as there are always new generations of adults coming of age.
2. Even though the home party is a great and fun way to market the products, discretely buying a product like the “Triple Tickle Dolphin” might have a little bit more success online.

I haven’t found a lot of Passion Party distributors that have become very savvy about online marketing techniques and the concept of personal branding.  Ladies( or men looking to join the greatest home economics class on the planet), there is a way to market your unique business to the masses that can elevate your sales in a way you never thought possible.  This information can help anyone’s network marketing business, from vitamins to legal plans, and even dildos, but lets face it, most people are going to be a lot more comfortable buying the Triple Tickle Dolphin through the magic of internet marketing.

If you are here to do some objective research on Usana, you are in the right place.  I have a good friend that is actively building this company, so I wanted to look at it and see the pros and cons.  My findings conclude that Usana is an excellent, top of the line, network marketing company.  However, if you are looking to align yourself with this interesting opportunity, there are a few things that you should know before making a final decision.

First, lets talk about the good.  Usana’a products are top of the line.  Usana’s journey began back in 1992, when Dr. Myron Wentz created a revolutionary product that he wanted to bring to the world.  As a company, Usana commits themselves to quality, as they are VOLUNTARILY adhering to manufacturing their products at pharmaceutical grade standards.  This is kind of a big deal, because supplement products such as vitamins are not regulated under the FDA.

Let’s be real for a minute, this is important because there are a lot of MLMs out there that are pushing crap! Did you hear about that new MLM from Utah that is making a pill out of Ardvark, Elephant, and Monkey Feces? Apparently the feces created from the diet of the 3 animals combined, creates a magic phytonutrient that is capable of extending human life to near the age of 300 years!  Seriously, go check out www.imadethatup.com for all of the details.  Wild claims are always being thrown out there in Network Marketing.  A lot of companies have a product that is over inflated in price, just so they can create a compensation plan out of it.

Usana has a quality product.  I can’t testify that the price is fair market value, but I’m sure it is at least in range.  There are professional athletes all around the world that endorse Usana because of the product’s quality, and the company’s commitment to excellence; All of Usana’s product’s are produced in house, rather than being outsourced where quality control is more difficult to maintain.

Is Usana a scam?  Absolutely not.  As far as being a quality MLM, they are members of the direct selling administration, which is an honor only afforded to just over 200 MLM companies.  Their compensation plan also has the highest reported payout percentage of any publicly traded, nutritional MLM.  They have been around since 1992, so you know they have made it past the “iffy” years, and they should be around for the long haul.

So what are the downsides?  I’m personally not a big fan of their compensation plan.  In particular there is a bonus that you can make in your first 8 weeks that will make or break how much money you can earn in building phase.  If you sponsor 4 reps in the first 8 weeks, you get a 100% commission match on all future reps, that you sponsor,  that duplicate this process, for their first 32 weeks.

This is an awesome bonus if you are a producer, but lets look at the facts of network marketing.  The average person in network marketing only sponsors 3 reps ever.  I would have no problem qualifying for that bonus, but I know that there are many out there who would.  What if you got involved, started slow, and then 15 weeks into being a distributor you recruited 40 reps in one month?  Unless I misunderstood something, you still don’t qualify for this amazing bonus.  Becoming good at recruiting often requires a learning curve, and I believe that the rewards should be there when the student is ready. The other thing I don’t like about it is that it is a binary that has you build 3 business centers simultaneously.

The power of a binary compensation plan is spillover; this simply means the benefits of being in a producing leg are less than a typical binary.  That being said, if you are serious about network marketing, you shouldn’t care if you are getting any spillover because you should already know that, “If its going to be, its up to me.”  Don’t ever blame someone else for your lack of success, and always give credit to those who helped you achieve it.

Usana having been around since 1992 has its pros and cons.  There are currently well over 150,000 distributors in Usana, which means that It is not at the beginning of its S-Curve; for more information on this look at the Video from my Amway Review blog post.  However, this should not discourage you if you are in love with the Usana products and business opportunity.  A true leader can make a substantial amount of money, no matter where a company is in its growth phase.  The real positive thing is that a lot of new MLM companies go out of business in the first 2 years, particularly in the nutrition field.  Usana is not going anywhere, so if you build a big downline with them, you shouldn’t have to worry about your check being destroyed within moments of finally making it.

Speaking of the nutrition industry, there are over 4,800 different network marketing companies competing for their share of the 170 billion dollar a year industry of health and wellness.  Even if you have the best product, it can take a lot of explaining as to why, “My Phytonutrient Supercharged Meg-Vitamin, is better than Their Vita-Juice…… etc….. etc…“  Usana does have a great product, its just that competing in this industry niche is not the easiest way to build a business for the average person, not to mention the fact that every grocery store on the planet also sells competitor products.

I could go off on a couple of other rants about both the positive and negative sides of aligning with Usana, but I am going to end it with this:

Usana is a great company, and you could certainly make money with them if you are looking at joining a nutrition company.  Their product is top of the line, and they pay out a lot of money in their compensation plan.  If you investigate this company further, please contact me because I have a good friend that is actively building this, and I believe he is a great leader to plug into.  I would have mentioned his name, but I still think he should Join Forces With Me and embark in my Master Plan to Take Over The World!  LOL, seriously, he is a good leader and I’ll refer you to him if you are serious about Usana.

Well, I was thinking about what company I was going to do a review on today, and my problem was solved for me. A good friend of mine, Tom Ritchie, approached me to look into a new project he is working on. Now if somebody spams me trying to get me to look at the next great deal, I am not going to look at it. However, if a friend of mine approaches me and asks me to give an opinion, I’ll at least review it if I have the time. There is a lesson to be learned in that; always remember that we are in a relationship business, and nobody likes spam.

The opportunity that Tom came to me with is “One 24,” a new nutritional company that has been started up by Mark Seyforth, a genius marketer that has been in the industry for years. Mark helped launch Herbalife, and truly is an industry innovator. He has developed a new compensation plan with One 24, that truly is unique. Rather than going out there to recruit the world, you are only allowed to recruit 1 person per month for 24 months, except during the “Gold Rush.” This is on the 24th of every month when everybody that didn’t recruit their 1 releases an open position to those that have.

Because people can only recruit one per month, when you refer someone to the program, they are put on a waiting list; they can’t join until a position becomes available. The cool thing about this is posture; there is something magical about telling someone they can’t have something because it makes them want it more. A lot of people make the mistake of puking their MLM on their contacts; this structured system forces you to have a level of posture because if someone is interested they have to go on the “Waiting List.”

There are no start up costs, and the product, “Nature Burst,” a whole food nutritional supplement, is only $60 a month. I have no idea if the product is any good, but hey, lets be real; there are a lot of companies out there that people make millions with that have $%#t for a product. So can you make money with One 24? Yes, you can, you just can’t make a lot of money fast; it is designed to be a structured system that will make you successful over a period of 24 months: hence the name “One 24,” that stands for One recruit per month, for 24 months to have success.

Is One 24 a scam? I don’t think so, Mark Seyforth is and industry innovator with a great track record, and I think that he will drive the company to success. It is certainly not the most lucrative opportunity that I have ever seen, but it is meant to be a simple system that anyone can follow to have results.

The marketing advantages of the product are a little on the weak side for a couple of reasons. First of all it just really isn’t unique, at least as far as I can tell. In network marketing it helps a company a lot to have first mover advantage. The product itself doesn’t have first mover advantage, but the company does have that edge with their compensation plan.

From a personal standpoint, I’m not a huge fan of nutritional companies in the first place. There are over 4,800 nutritional companies in network marketing, with new ones popping up every day. Most of them go out of business before being two years old, so you can build a downline and an income and then lose it over night. After reviewing One 24, I really have no idea whether or not they are going to make it off the ground floor. However, Mark Seyforth is a brilliant innovator, so I think they have a great chance; he believes that his new revolutionary compensation plan will make the company go viral. He may be right, and if he is, the opportunity is truly at the ground floor and could offer a great income to those that decide to act quickly.

I won’t be joining One 24, and after reviewing it I honestly have no idea whether or not jumping on it would be a smart plan. The biggest positive point that I have to offer is that it is very inexpensive to test drive it.  Therefore,  giving it a run isn’t going to hurt your bank account, and it just may seriously improve it. If you are on Facebook, and especially if you are a network marketer, you have probably gotten an annoying, spammy email from someone telling you to “Join YourNight.com!  Make Millions!”  There is an income calculator on the site that shows how much money you can make if you recruit 5 gold members and they get five…..blah, blah, blah.  Don’t get the wrong idea, I actually think that the site is great, but some people have the wrong idea about it and are actively giving an excellent idea a bad name.

Everyone on the planet that is online is on Facebook.  Social media is Huge, and only becoming a larger market every day.  If you are in network marketing, and you are serious about it, you certainly have a facebook profile, and you should be updating it often.  YourNight.com has done something very interesting.  They have made a page that is similar to facebook, that pays its members for using it.  Its completely free to set up a profile, and it combines 5 separate profile types into one login platform: Friends, Family, Blogging, Professional, and Dating.

I really like this idea because I have a little bit of a gripe with how Facebook works.  Facebook is awesome, but I am a network marketer.  People that are already in MLM are a great source of leads, therefore, I often add them as a friend.  There are two main problems with this:

1. I end up getting a lot of annoying spam mail.  If you are in network marketing and you are spamming all of your Facebook or Myspace friends before you build a relationship, you really need to go through the training, Endless Leads 4.0. We are in a relationship business people, nobody likes spam.  If you are working social media for leads, you need to go through that course.
2. My friends and family are subject to getting harassed by my Network Marketing connections.  Wouldn’t it be nice to have separate profiles that you could access from the same menu bar?

YourNight.com allows you to do this.  Its completely free to sign up, but if you want to make certain profiles private, you can.  This means you can have a business account with all of your spammy network marketer buddies, and you can have personal friends, family, and dating profiles that are blocked from them.  The upgrade that gets you the Business and Dating profile is only $10 a month.

I think everyone should sign up for the free account, and if you are a network marketer that is working social media, you should upgrade and pay the ten bucks a month.  There are a couple of reasons for this:

1. Facebook only allows you to have 5,000 friends, and on YourNight, you can have unlimited.  If you are in business, that 5,000 max will eventually limit the amount of leads you can generate.
2. The leads you can get from YourNight’s professional profile are laser targeted.  Just about everyone that has registered for the $10 a month Gold Membership is someone that is actively trying to change their life and make money online.  The problem is that they are probably not going to get rich promoting Your Night; there just isn’t enough money in the compensation plan.  These are great people to contact for your primary business.
3. If your team joins YourNight with you, and several of them upgrade, you now have a lead source that is paying for itself, or making you a profit.
4. You can only add a certain number of friends a day on Facebook, or your account gets flagged.  If you are using social media for lead generation, you can then use your YourNight.com profile that you have.  I’m personally going to go on there and try to contact several of the Gold Members about my primary company.  In my company, one executive recruit will pay for a full year of the upgrade, plus I will make money from other people that upgrade, so it just makes sense.

So what are the downsides to YourNight.com?  Well, first of all it is quite frankly not the best company to make money with.  If you are promoting YourNight.com as a primary business, you might want to think twice about what you are doing.  The only reason I think someone should do that are for these reasons: 1. You are in-between opportunities, and are looking for the Best Company.  2. You are a homeless bum, that has nothing you can sell to register for a more lucrative opportunity.  3. You are in high school and not old enough to register for a better opportunity.  There is actually a 16 year old kid that is making an extra $1,000 per month through promoting YourNight.com.

Another downside is that the site is still in Beta Testing; this means that all of the features are not yet activated.  At the moment sites like Facebook are a bit more user friendly, but they are working out the bugs as we speak.  When all of the features are in full swing, it will probably be one of the coolest social sites out there, so it just makes sense to use it as an additional source of leads or income.

Social Networks are meant to grow because they are an awesome site, and people register for them because they like the features.  There are a lot of people out there that are spamming out, “JOIN YOURNIGHT” emails, and giving a cool site a bad name.

OK, I know I said I was doing a review on 30 different MLM companies for the next 30 days, and this post strays slightly from that.  What I am reviewing today is not actually a network marketing company, but it is a system that can help anyone in the universe be successful at MLM.

Lets face it, the old style of network marketing sucks.  “Go make a list of your friends and family, make sure to include your doctor, dentist, clerks at the grocery store….barf, barf, barf, barf, barf, barf, barf….”  Don’t get me wrong, these techniques can work, and if you have a great opportunity you should share it with those you love.  However, you should be sharing it with them because you CARE about them, not because Uncle Ted is going to make you rich.  If you are salivating over your good buddy that would be the best networker ever if he would just take the time to look… it is really time for a new approach.

Every day, over 4 million people go to google and search for a home based business.  Over 170,00 people are joining a network marketing company every single week.  Look guys, Krista, the hot clerk at the grocery store, or Ted, the really sharp looking cell phone rep, might not be actively looking for an opportunity at the moment.  Every person goes through stages in their life, you can think of it kind of like a clock.  At 12:00 they just got a new job, and they are perfectly happy with it.  At 3:00 their boss is starting to piss them off.  At 6:00, they just got fired because they told their boss to “F$#K OFF.”

I actually did that once.  We were in a morning office meeting at an old job of mine 2 minutes before we were actually even scheduled for work.  I had finally started to show up on time for work, and was very proud of myself.  My Boss barked at me as soon as I sat down, “Where’s Your Report?”  We clocked in at this particular job at 10am, and my boss wanted to have a meeting right at 10.  To get the reports that he wanted we had to boot up our computers, and find the file and print it out; this was about a 5-10 minute process.  If I don’t start getting paid until 10, why would I show up at 9:50?  So my boss barked, “Where’s your Report.” And I said, “F$#K YOU!”

As you can probably guess that was pretty near the end of my employment with that particular company, but that felt Really Good!  If you are at a point in your life where you don’t need your job anymore, I highly recommend telling your superior what you think; trust me, its therapeutic.  I am however getting off the subject, back to the clock.

After you tell your boss to F#$K OFF, there is a good chance you are going to get fired.  If someone is at 6:00, they are looking for an opportunity.  THIS is when you want to talk to them about a business opportunity.  MLSP, the marketing system that I am referring to, teaches you how to find people that are at 6:00 on auto-pilot, rather than approaching the manager at Denny’s and saying, “Hey, you look like a really sharp guy, do you keep your options open to making extra money?”  Hey, don’t get me wrong, if you happen to be at Denny’s and you like doing that sort of thing, be my guest; you might get lucky.  My point is that there is a better way to find prospects than wandering around trying to find a sharp looking dude.

One of these days I’ll tell the story of the gay dude at the gym in Phoenix that tried to Rufie me when I was talking to him about Amway, but even though it has been 7 years now, its still an open wound, so stay tuned.  Trust me, there are better techniques than talking to random people about your business.  Wouldn’t you rather find one of the 4 million people per day that are already looking for what you have to offer?  This is what MLSP can do for you.

I’m not going to lie to you and tell you that you can’t learn the marketing techniques contained within this brilliant system on your own, but I will tell you the truth about it.  For less that $50 per month you can have a system that would cost you Thousands of dollars, and hundreds of hours of research to set up on your own.  The coolest part about it is that it is an affiliate program, so you can actually make money by using it.  The founders, Brian, Norbert, and Todd, are absolutely brilliant.  They can teach people that have no marketing skills how to go from trying to recruit Homos at gyms, to having their own full fledged internet brand.  By the way, most Homosexuals are really cool, especially Lesbians, and if you are a bigot towards anyone you should get bitch slapped upside the head.  I’m just not politically correct, if you are looking for that, you are on the wrong page.
