Am I really a genius that is paving the way for a new generation of network marketers?  I’ll let you decide that for yourself.  The only thing that I have to say about the matter is that I have a vision.  I’ve already seen the end result and there is nothing that can get in the way of my dreams.  I guess I subscribe to the same philosophy as Albert Einstein, “Logic will get you from A to B [whereas] imagination will take you everywhere.”  I’m definitely not as smart as he was, but there is a lot of creativity left in the parts of my brain that haven’t been killed with Jack Daniels and THC.

I believe in helping people.  When I was just a wee lad, my father would play Amway tapes in the car everywhere he ever drove me.  I met people in this industry that were young, retired, and living a great lifestyle ever since I was 10 years old growing up in the freezing north of Fairbanks, Alaska.  The first time I ever heard the “Pyramid Scheme” objection was when I was 14 and I told one of my best friends, Buckshot (yeah…that is his real name, awesome eh?) that when I grew up I was going to be a millionaire in Amway; this was the original mocking that I received for having a dream of being a young, wealthy, and free network marketer.  I’ve loved this concept since I’ve been a boy; where else can you get filthy rich by helping other people accomplish their own dreams and visions?  Network marketing isn’t the same dog-eat-dog world that we see throughout corporate America…. usually that is.

Even though I have had some past success, I left the industry for almost five years because I saw the dark side of it.  I’ll talk about that sometime in another post.  All I have to say for now is that I am back, and I am positioned with some of the best leadership this incredible industry has to offer.  Some of you that spend a lot of time online are probably familiar with my brother, David Wood.  I’m working with him and a whole team of brilliant marketers that are changing the game.
