I am passionate about the Empower Network because I finally have a vehicle that will allow me to help people in the way that I wanted to when I got into this industry in the first place.  Get in or don’t, but don’t say, “Nobody told me…”

…Unless you are a pansy or a quitter.  Honestly, I don’t have time to deal with people that need their diapers changed unless they are my children.  This is a business, and it takes commitment and dedication to have the success that you want.  Anyone trying to pitch you something else is bursting full of shit and you should probably take a few steps back so you don’t get it all over you when they explode.

What is the 100 Day Blogging Challenge?

You can destroy your competition and rocket yourself to success if you simply make the commitment to create 90 pieces of content in the next 100 days.  Usually, this type of challenge will be issued as a “90 day challenge.”  I’m changing it to 100 days because I realize you have a life.

You can take part in this challenge if you have a blog.  I’m specifically making this challenge for my Empower Network team, but you don’t have to be a part of the Empower Network to benefit from the 100 day blogging challenge.

Every single time that I have started blogging consistently, traffic to my site has been boosted, I’ve increased sales, and made money… and I never even did it for 90 days straight!  There is a power in a 90 day challenge.  That is why you see so many companies and programs using them:

• Visalus
• Alcoholics Anonymous
• P90X
• …and about 100 others

I actually wrote a post about it at the beginning of 2011, “The 90 Day Challenge.”  Part of my challenge last year was to grow a beard for 90 days without trimming it.

It was awesome; this is basically what I looked like.  90 days can transform just about anything in your life if you have focus(in this case it made me hideous and unattractive, but it works in a positive direction too).  For instance, I went from being moderately attractive to this hideous beast you see before you.  Girls looked the other way in horror, parents hid their children, and I got a lot less sex from my wife… all from a 90 day challenge!

90 blog posts in 100 days can change your business if you take the challenge seriously.  There is a big difference between 90 posts in 400 days, and 90 posts in 100 days…

Whats the difference?

Momentum

Its easier to build a business fast than it is to build it slow.  Every bit of effort that you put forward will count for more if you are being consistent; its a law of the universe.

For example: Lets say you go to the gym once a week for 90 weeks.  Yes, its better than nothing, but you aren’t going to see much for results are you?  Now go to the gym 6 days a week for 90 days.  What’s the difference?  Momentum.

Go practice basketball for 3 hours once a week for 100 weeks.  Compare that to someone that practices 3 hours a day for 100 days straight.  Which person do you think will improve more?  They both practiced the exact same amount of time, but I will guarantee you the one person will improve more in three months than the other person did in 100 weeks(roughly 2 years).

There is a power to being dedicated and consistent in your efforts.  This is true of exercise, diet, and business.  Trust me, take the 100 day blogging challenge, and take it seriously.  I’m not asking or encouraging you to do something that I am not doing myself.  I started my 100 day blogging challenge on January 1, 2012, and today is the 11th, and this is my 11th blog post.  Here is the list of what I have done so far:

I just wanted to put those in there so you know that I am “Walking The Walk.”  I’m dead serious about this challenge, and I am out to prove that it will work.  As you can see, since I am using the Empower Network platform, I am blogging about whatever I want to make money instead of doing the ‘same old’ business niche boring shit.

I had already completed tons of blog posts before I started my 100 day blogging challenge, but I’m not counting any of those.  I’m only counting the ones between January 1st, and April 10th.  The reason is that I understand the powers of momentum and leading by example.

Some of my blog posts are on this blog, and some of them are on my Empower Network Blog.  Every time I post in either place, I copy the URL and number it in a text document so I can keep track of them.  Its easy, the whole process only takes about an hour a day, and personally, I’m already seeing sales and increased traffic from the content I have been creating.

Any business can be boosted through quality, consistent blogging.  Every piece of content is like putting up a permanent flyer that people can find through google searches and social media for years to come.  Its like having salesmen all over the internet that sell stuff for you forever, and you just have to do it once.

I actually only told part of the story in that video; there were actually a total of 3 houses that I was going to buy, and it wasn’t a million dollar mistake, but about 3-4 million dollar mistake. Instead, I went surfing and goofed around.

The worst part about it is that I still could have been a surf-bum clown, did a little bit of work, and came away with over a Million dollars.  Dammit.

Have an opportunity seeking mindset, and learn to recognize opportunity when it is slapping you in the face.

What Is The Viral Blogging System?

This short video review will break it down for you.  I get a little excited and swear a bit, but you might too when you really grasp what this is all about.  Watch this video first, and then read what I have to say below…

Understanding Online Marketing:

Making money with online marketing is actually a very simple process:

1. Generate Leads
2. Put them through a sales funnel
3. Collect money

That’s pretty much it.  There are a bunch of ways to generate leads, and you need to have an effective sales funnel on the back end.  Blogging and social media syndication is one of the best ways to generate leads period for several reasons, here are 2 of them:

1. It is like having a permanent advertisement: When you blog about something and get it ranked, you can get traffic coming to that post forever.  In other words you can get paid over and over again, and generate leads forever, for work you do now.
2. Social syndication is how things go viral: You share it through social media, your contacts like what they see, they share it, and before long 1,000 people have seen your page just because there is ‘Social Buzz’ around it.

The problem is that setting up your own self-hosted wordpress blog is hard.  Getting everything working smoothly is a bitch.  Yes, there may be some issues with your Empower Network Blog at times too, but the big difference is that rather than trying to spend hours trying to figure it out yourself, you can send a support ticket to customer service and they will handle it for you.

You also are plugged into a community of bloggers that show you how to blog better.  When I bring somebody on, their success is my success, so I help them and train them.  I’m just going to tell you the truth for  a minute…
