Why I’m Sharing This

I actually just cut this video for my Older brother Will. Unlike David and I, he is not an internet marketer, but rather an exceptionally talented Hypnotherapist. I did a little work on his blog(which has tons of great FREE Tips) in exchange for some sessions.

If you aren’t aware, hypnotherapy is one of the fastest ways possible to reprogram your subconscious. If you have any “Junk” that you are trying to clear out of your brain, I highly recommend going to my Brother’s Website, and signing up for his Free Hypnosis Tips… but that isn’t what this is about today.

I know that there are a lot of Network Marketers out there(and bloggers in general for that matter) that use Flexibility 3 Theme(Click For Free Download). It’s a good theme that is easy to customize; I’m not saying it is the best, but it’s what I usually use(mainly because I am familiar with it; however, there are others that are every bit as good). Honestly, the best themes I have seen are custom ones built by Fanale Creative, but if you are building your own blog, it is a pretty user friendly option.

My friend, Stephanie Deneke, also does an express blog setup service for Network Marketers for only $97(which is a great price, honestly, I would charge at least $3-500, but have no interest in doing it).

I cut this video for my brother so he could change things on his blog without my help… and I figured it would help a handful of you, so I threw it up here on my blog. As you can see, it took me 7 or 8 minutes to install a new header and change the sidebar. This stuff is really pretty easy once you get it down. So, here it is, the video with step by step instructions(expand to full screen for better viewing):

…Pretty easy eh? The first time I built a blog, I threw a tantrum like a 3 year old… now it takes me about 2 or 3 hours… So, if any of this “Tech Crap” is pissing you off, Join the Club. However, the good news is that it gets a lot easier.

One More Important Tip

When you are building your blog, don’t try and make it look exactly like someone else. One of the big reasons for having your own website is to brand yourself, and create an image that stands you out of the crowd. A good suggestion for creating your own great blog is to look at a lot of good blogs, and take ideas from all of them.

It makes you look a little stupid if you copy someone else completely. The only reason I used the same color scheme for my brother’s is that he is in an entirely different market niche: Hypnotherapy.

Speaking of which, Will is in the top 5% in the country for what he does. If you are looking for success and are running into road-blocks, I highly recommend him. The price points that he has now are only going to get higher(a lot higher), and if you let him know I sent you, he’ll treat you right. Simply put: Hypnotherapy works, and it works well.
