Disclaimers are ridiculous(mainly because they are obvious), but the wise, all knowing government says we are supposed to have them anytime there is an affiliate link, income claim, or just about anything else… so for those of you who haven’t figured out that almost every site on the internet is “For Profit,” I’ll break it down for you.
Income Claims: Any claim about income on this, or any other website in the universe is completely subjective. First of all, there is no way to tell how lazy or ambitious the person that is reading a claim is. Therefore, results will always vary with any product or service.
Timing is also a major factor; perhaps the person that “Made it big in 3 months with XYZ product” was at the right place at the right time, and maybe you will purchase it in the wrong place at the wrong time. There is no way for you to know unless you try, and if you are like anyone else that has been successful at anything, you will try some things that won’t work for you until you are finally ready for success and you “break through.”
It is also quite likely that half the income claims that you read online are either exaggerated, or completely full of shit. Any income claim on this site is accurate to the best knowledge of the site administrator; however, inadvertent mistakes may occur. Your personal results include too many factors to count, therefore there is no promise that you will make any money at all if you buy a product or service.
Affiliate Links: Pretty much any link that you click on here that leads you somewhere where you can buy something is going to be giving a commission to someone… in most cases links on this site will give commissions to Aki Wood, or some corporation that he has formed. The good news is that any product recommended on this site is being referred to you because the administrators truly believe that you will benefit from it… but you might not.
Quite frankly, the product or service in question may not be right for your particular situation, you might use it wrong, not use it, or it might be too complicated for you. The site administrators are not fortune tellers or physics, therefore they cannot claim for certain that the product or service will benefit you. What works for one does not always work for all.
Refunds: Any refund given for anything purchased from a link on this website needs to be obtained from the company that the product was purchased. Refund policies vary between products and companies. The administrators of this site do not handle refunds, unless it is a product that is being purchased from them directly.
Anyone that is marketing an affiliate product is simply getting a commission from another company for recommending the product. This is one of the big reason that a lot of sites on the internet are completely full of shit. There are a lot of douche bags out there that only want to make money off you and would be stoked if they could sell you petrified poop in a box for $100 per turd plus Shipping and Handling.
Fortunately, you have run into an honest website that only recommends things that the administrators truly believe will benefit you. However, some products may be useful to others, but completely useless to you.
Just about the only product in the universe that is useful to everyone is toilet paper… and there is probably some crazy person out there that thinks it is evil because it is made from trees. If that person is you and you take offense to being called “Crazy,” just remember that more than 99% people in the world think that wiping with your hand is gross. Leaves are also made from trees so if you are using those instead, your crusade is pointless and you are a hypocrite.
The Point: This Disclaimer is for anyone out there that might have thought that this is a “Charity” Website. Well, NO, it isn’t. The purpose of this site is to make a profit, but to do it with integrity. A ton of completely free and very valuable information is given away here all the time. You have no obligation to buy anything ever, so if you like you can just take all of the freebies and great knowledge without spending one red cent.
There is a good chance that if you are here, reading this page right now, or even on this website in general, you would like to make money on the internet with affiliate or network marketing. If that is the case, you need to Watch the Video Below right now:

Ridiculous that we have to treat people like they are stupid because the gov’t thinks they are stupid. If we don’t treat people like they are stupid and give disclaimers like this then the gov’t calls us the bad guy? This is by far the funniest disclaimer I’ve ever read though.

Yeah, I’m pretty sure I covered my bases “Legally” with that one. I was thinking to myself the other day, “Hmmmm…. I probably need one of those disclaimer things to properly satisfy the government, and to cater to the less than smart… but why can’t a disclaimer be funny?” I’m glad you liked it.
