This review is going to follow my “No BS” honest style.  YES, I bought it, YES, I am selling it because I think it is awesome tool, NO, I don’t think everyone and their grandma should buy it, and NO, I am not going to give you a bunch of hype.

Basically, it is a new tool that can be used to get viral leads directly from your Facebook news feed.

Essentially, fbpostmagic.com makes it possible for you to add a timed opt in form to a Facebook post, which is pretty damn cool.

What does that mean for you?

Well, if you are an internet marketer, or even a traditional business that benefits from email marketing, this could be a REALLY valuable tool for you to generate leads for your business.

What’s the Down Side?

If you are trying to make money on the internet…

focus, Focus, FOCUS.

Don’t get caught up in “Launch Hype.”

The product itself is in ‘beta testing’ right now, so it is bound to have a few bugs.

The internet can be terribly distracting, and if you are looking for the magic money tool that is going to spit commissions in your face, I’ve got some news for you…

YOU are that tool.

Haha… just to be clear, I am not calling you a “Tool” in the slang sense of the word, but I mean that everything that you need for success is lodged between your ears.

FB Post Magic can be used for lead generation.  It can also be sold as an affiliate product, and depending on where you are at in your business, completely depends on which one of those two you should use it for.

Personally, at this point, I hate launches. I just bought it because I know that my good friend Lisa Grossman is behind the scenes, helping them get all of their bugs worked out.  Lisa has a way of finding the right things, and frankly, I can see the potential with this as well.

I’m promoting it because it is an inexpensive tool, that has the ability to generate viral leads, and every business on the planet needs leads, especial in the internet marketing niche.

I do know that it works, because I got the tool, set it up in about 15 minutes, made one post with it on my facebook wall, and got 19 leads, and generated $337.50 in affiliate commissions within a couple of hours.

Some people would think it was the affiliate commissions that got me excited; it isn’t, in some ways that even worries me, and I’ll get to that in just a minute.

Will FB Post Magic Be Around Forever?

Time will tell, like I said earlier, it is in ‘beta testing.’  If people get to spammy using the tool, it could cause problems for it someday.  I’m using it right now because I believe strongly in a process called, “speed of implementation.”

Successful people find valuable information, and act on it quickly.  I acted quickly, and it generated leads and sales for me.  I am going to use it for as much lead generation as I can, while I can.

Google PPC pretty much went the way of the wind, but that didn’t stop a lot of people from making a lot of money with it during its hay day.

I market for the Empower Network.  There are going to be a lot of people out there that are in a business like the Empower Network at the $25 level, and they are going to go and buy this tool before they even upgrade to the Inner Circle.  That is really dumb, and I am going to tell you why.

Facebook Post Magic is a PAID Media Strategy

The product is $27 per month.  Yes, that is inexpensive, especially since if you use it properly, you will be able to generate a lot of targeted leads.

I am going to use the Empower Network as an example, since I market for them.  If you do not have all of the products, at least up to the 15K Per Month Formula, you shouldn’t be messing around with a bunch of extra tools that can distract you.  In any business, you need to FOCUS on what you are doing to get results.

There are fees to become an affiliate of FB Post Magic as well.

If you are in the Empower Network, go get all in at least to the 15K formula before you start trying to promote other stuff online, even then, I would just buy this as a lead generation tool until I had the Masters Course, but you are welcome to make your own decision.

I’m only telling you this because I care about your success.  Otherwise, I would be hyping this product up, and trying to tell you to “Buy it right now.”

I know some of you won’t listen to me anyways, and are just going to buy it, so as long as that is the case, go ahead and buy it from the link below.

What’s the Verdict?

Like I said, I’ve got some strong initial opinions on the matter, and rather than jumping the gun, I am going to gather a little bit more information.  The long and the short of it(pun coming) is that…

“I didn’t get a boner when I heard about it.”

I have personal respect for Joel Therien, and I’m certain that it isn’t a scam.  I haven’t had the chance to see exactly how their compensation plan works, but I’ll post more on that when I do.

The only thing that I will say right now is that seeing another launch in the online marketing space with the type of intentions that appear to be behind this one, is one of the few things that makes me wish I were in a different niche.  In fact, as I’m writing this, I just came to a powerful realization.

I’m not in the internet marketing niche.

(helping people make money online just happens to be part of what I do)

My niche is helping people have transformational breakthroughs.

That being said, I think Pure Leverage is kinda cute.  I’ll explain that if I don’t decide to take that line out, or even delete this review later.

The end line that I will leave for now is that the best marketing system on the internet right now, for reasons that stretch far beyond “bells and whistles” is on the other side of the “No Horseshit” marketing bootcamp form on your right hand side.

Freedom and Prosperity is a Choice,

I’m not going to pick sides on this one, just report the news.  Fortune High Tech Marketing has been operating since 2001 and was shut down today by the FTC for operating as an illegal pyramid scheme.

The allegations are that there is virtually no profit in selling the products, and that the only way distributors are making money is by recruiting new reps.

If that is the case, it is in violation of pyramid scheme laws, being that in a legitimate mlm/direct selling business, distributors are only supposed to make money on the sale of products, not from recruiting reps from the $249 signup fee.

I haven’t dissected the comp plan to verify this, but that is at least one of the main accusations.

Like I said, I’m not picking sides.  Sometimes the FTC throws their muscle around and tries to shut down legitimate businesses.  It’s a little bit more rare since the Amway Vs FTC case in the 70′s, but it is still known to happen.

How Can I Tell if it is a Pyramid or Ponzi?

I’m not going to get into Ponzi Schemes, because I already did a detailed write up on that.

If you think you are in a “High Yield Investment Program” that is paying you ridiculous amounts of daily compounded interest, you should probably go and read that post because there is a good chance you are going to lose your money in a Ponzi Scheme.

Fortune High Tech Marketing is not being charged with being a Ponzi, but a Pyramid Scheme, and there is a difference.

As I stated earlier, in a legitimate opportunity, distributors will make money from the sale of products.  If I understand the law correctly, fees to become a rep can go to the company, but cannot be paid back to the distributors.

What’s Next?

My heart goes out to anyone out there that was promoting Fortune High Tech Marketing.  Having your company shut down on you sucks.  I have a lot of friends and family that have had that happen for various reasons, whether it was the FTC, or the company going out of business, and it is never fun.

Why I Shaved My Head And Every Other Hair On My Body(yes, all of them, even my butt and balls)

Don’t worry, I didn’t cut this video when I was shaving my butt or my balls, just my head(and if you are bummed about that, well too bad).  I’ve been growing my hair out for about 3 years now, and honestly I love having long hair.

However, the power of change is instant, and shaving your head pretty much is too.  I basically did it as an outward representation of an inward change( a few of them actually), that I have made recently.

Some of you that are reading this have been following me for quite some time, and are used to Aki Wood, the long haired internet marketing goofball.  I’m still an internet marketing goofball, but now I’m just a very, very bald one(everywhere).

Golds Gym is a Scam

Man, I’m mad. I’m so mad I can’t see straight. And I’m not just being emotional. I’m an intelligent person and I’m speaking from experience. Don’t make the mistake I did or you’ll regret it.

Gold’s Gym is a scam. In fact, I think the whole fitness club industry is a scam.

I saw pictures of people who were fit and trim and beautiful. And I wanted to be fit and trim and beautiful. So, I paid the $30 fee to come every month.

Then, guess what! No one told me that I had to pay extra for those power-bar snacks that were on the counter. Or that my membership fee didn’t include the sports drinks. Or that a personal trainer wasn’t included.

These things should have been my first red flags.

But, still I was excited that I might be able to lose some weight and start looking good. So I ignored the warning signals and started working out.

Well, I did everything they told me to do. I worked my legs a little. I didn’t work out my arms because I hurt it one time in the past working out and I was afraid I’d get hurt again. So I skipped the arms.

Why Wasn’t I Getting Results?

I worked out my back. I worked my stomach a little bit but I decided I didn’t want to push myself too hard. Plus, I was getting hungry after all this working out so I went and bought a powerbar. SIX DOLLARS! I kid you not. If I hadn’t been so hungry, I wouldn’t have bought one. But one of the guys who worked out there said he used them for daily snacks and he looked pretty good. So I thought I’d “try” one.

Anyway. That’s not what made me mad. I’m coming to that part.

This all went on for a few days. I even spent $100 on workout clothes. It wasn’t required but other people in the gym had them so I thought I’d get some, too.

In fact, I spent another $100 on a pair of new workout shoes. I picked a pair that I felt like I could still use even if I stopped working out. You never know if things are going to pan out the way you want, you know?

Then I REALLY Got Pissed…

Anyway…one day, I was talking to a guy in the locker room. I noticed he was about 40 pounds overweight and he told me he’d been coming to the gym for SIX MONTHS. I did the math in my head…”If this guy has been here for six months, why isn’t he thin and trim yet???”

That’s when the warning bells went off again. This whole thing might just be a scam to get people’s money. I mean, this guy wasn’t mad or anything….in fact, he was excited that he’d lost some weight….BUT HE’S STILL OVERWEIGHT! And he’s spending that money every month…and Gold’s Gym just keeps taking it!

Then I thought, “I should get on the Internet and look up Gold’s Gym!”. I don’t know why I didn’t do that before! So, I went to Google and typed in “Gold’s Gym scam” and you won’t believe what I found!

Seriously.

I Discovered The Truth

Did you know that 80% of the people who join Gold’s Gym cancel their membership within the first year? That 95% of the people who join Gold’s Gym have never won a fitness contest? Or gotten a job as a model?

I found one lady online who said she joined Gold’s Gym and the manager of the gym said she needed a personal trainer to help her create a “fitness plan” and to keep her on track. Guess what? She said it cost her an additional $200 a WEEK! What a ripoff! She DID say that she lost some weight while she was going but that — after she stopped going every day — the weight came back. She fired the trainer and said it was all a scam, too.

I even found one story about a guy who said that they Gold’s Gym stole his money. He was supposed to get a promotional price of $19 a month but when he got his credit card statement, he found out that they were charging him $30 a month. Of course they corrected it but…..still…..that’s pretty shady, don’t you think?

Anyway….

They act like they’re interested in people’s health but I guarantee you that — if no one paid them — they’d close up shop. So much for their “mission”, huh? If they’re so interested in helping people be trim and fit, why don’t they just do it for free?

Its a Conspiracy

And I’m beginning to think that those fit, trim, beautiful people in the Gym are part of the scam, anyway. Gold’s Gym probably pays them to come in there and work out so they can sell more memberships.

Am I saying that exercise doesn’t work? No, I’m not saying that. I’m sure it does. I’m just saying that you have to be careful when you join these big fancy gyms with the full-color brochures and all the stories of how people are getting results.

Because the truth is that those people are probably coming in there EVERY day to work out (not just sometimes)…..they’ve probably changed their eating habits (which no one mentioned to me)…and you can bet that they’re all buying a lot of extra stuff from the Gym that’s not part of their regular membership fee.

So, take it from me: Gold’s Gym is a rip-off. I know. I’ve been there. The idea that you can come in and work out every day and start looking fit and trim SOUNDS good….but that’s just to get you in the door and get your money.

I Learned My Lesson

Remember what they say, “If it sounds too good to be true…it probably is.”

Anyway, all this has taught me a lesson. I’m not going to get suckered again. Next time I see someone or something that can supposedly “improve my life”, I’ll think twice.

Whether it’s a diet…..a home business…..or just an idea….I’ll go check it out on Google first.

After all….if it’s on the Internet, it must be true, right?

Well, if you have been marketing online for any amount of time, you know that making money is all in the list.  The faster you build a list that you can email, the faster you will make money.  It is the exact same formula that is used with traditional marketing, but rather than doing it face to face, it is done automatically via the internet.

This basic solo ads training will help you get started building that list.

I watched a training that my buddy Mike did the other day on the subject, and decided to roll another one out of my own, and add a few things to it.

This short video will give you the basic knowledge that you need to start building your list via solo ads, and teach you some basic and advanced tips on internet marketing.

Solo Ad Basics

After watching that, I’m sure you can see how simple it is.  It’s funny really…

A lot of people want to over complicate how to make money on the internet.  Just like I said in the video, it’s easy.  All you have to do is drive traffic to a high converting offer, and have a good follow up set in place that sells people automatically for when they don’t buy on the spot.

Here is my affiliate link for ‘Top Surfer.’  Like I said in the video, I’m not promoting them as the best source by any means.  I’m just saying that they are relatively inexpensive, $97 for 12 solo ads if I remember correctly, and you can buy even less if you like.

In general it is a good idea to test your ad copy before you spend a lot on an ad(in my opinion).  The cheaper sources can do that for you, and get you started building your list.

I don’t care if you use ‘Top Surfer’ or if you use something else.  I’ve gotten leads from them, but I can’t guarantee that you will.  No matter who you go through, pick a solo ad source, and send out your first one, or if you have already sent some out and failed(or had success), then go out there and do it again.

“The person who takes massive action is going to out perform the guy who knows all the facts any day of the week.”

Consistent practice is basically the only way to get good at anything.  I only say ‘basically’ here because meditation and study also play their roles.  However, the person who takes massive action is going to out perform the guy who knows all the facts any day of the week.

On the flip side, I would be lying to you if I didn’t say that the company we are discussing is better than anything else out there at the moment.  It’s rare, but every now and again an amazing mix of elements come together to create something magical.

Good opportunities come and go, but there are some rare moments when the stars align, and there is a place that literally has everything you need under one roof.  The potential that we are looking at here is like feeding your business gamma radiated Incredible Hulk juice, and watching your income get big and green.

A Perfect Day On The Sea To Sky Hwy

Later that day, we continued to drive down the hwy, and eventually ended up swimming in the ocean near Vancouver. The ocean was pretty cold here, and the water was brackish from all of the mountain river runoff, but it was a great time on a beautiful day.

We wanted to make it too the nude beach in Vancouver, but we got distracted because it was about 33 degrees Celcius, which is about 92 Farenheit.  It was nice and hot, so we thoroughly enjoyed the cool water for a little while.  However, we did get to make it into Vancouver for the world competition fireworks show, it was pretty badass.

Part 2: Believing It

Yes, there is another secret to this.  You must believe what you are saying.  This is why, even though affirmations are effective, they are not in and of themselves complete.  We are all at different stages in our business and personal development.

I believe that MOST people can be ready to flip the switch at virtually any moment, however there is a truth that we all have to face.  There is a certain skill set that needs to be developed before someone starts to have massive success in this industry(however in virtually every case, skills and talent are beat out by massive action, so long as they are the correct actions).  It is the same set of skills and determination that drives success in anything.

My friend Adam Barker that I used to hang out with in Hawaii said it best:

“The secret to success is knowing EXACTLY what you want and having the balls to go out there and get it.”

Telling yourself you are ready without actually believing it is like lying to your subconscious brain.  Just like a child, your subconscious is incredibly intelligent; it will know if you are lying to it; you have to believe what you are saying to yourself.  This is why I say that affirmations in and of themselves, though they do have some effect over time, are incomplete.

Here is a good example.  My older brother, Will, is a master hypnotherapist.  I had a fascinating conversation with him that dispelled one of the major myths about hypnosis and the subconscious brain(one that is mainly perpetuated in television and film).

You can’t hypnotize someone to do something that they don’t want to do…

In other words, those ‘Master Hypnotists’ that make someone kill somebody and then forget all about it are not real.  If you already wanted to kill someone, they might be able to help push you over the edge to take action now, but that’s about it.  You will snap out of trance and actively fight back if someone is trying to hypnotize you in a way that sincerely goes against what you believe and value.

Utilizing the power of the subconscious is simply a way to take what you believe and want, and make it happen NOW.  So, now that you understand that point, here are the three things that you need to do:

1. BELIEVE that you are breaking through NOW

Example 1

It sounds ridiculous, but it’s true.  I’ll give you two recent examples from my own marketing.  When I was in Atlanta, I was having a conversation with my friend and fellow marketer Rob Fore.  Rob told me about Article Builder, a nifty little tool that will write blog posts for you.  You set it up once, and it continues to post for you automatically, FOREVER!

I went and bought it later that day, set it up to post automatically to one of my blogs, then I signed up for the affiliate program, wrote a blog post about it, sent it out to a small email list, and then made $447 in commissions from that single post(and I will continue to make money from that post as people read it, and decide to buy it.  Click Here to read the article).

If I hadn’t bought it and signed up for the affiliate program, I never would have sold it.  From an ethical standpoint, I only sell stuff that I buy, so that I can understand the product before I sell it.  I’m still testing that product to see what kind of traffic I get from it, but in the meantime, I am at a net profit of $147 from purchasing that product, not to mention the sales that I will make in the future.

Example 2

The primary company that I promote is the Empower Network.  The easiest and most ethical way to qualify for the commissions on their products is to buy them.  Purchasing all of the products(at the moment, more products are coming soon) is a one time investment of $1625, and then $125 per month thereafter.

I made my money back on those products a long time ago, and today I made $1,822 so far from people making the decision to buy the products from me.  Here is a screen shots from my commissions from just today on that program.

Compared to what a lot of my marketing friends pull in, this is chump change, but for me $1,822 in commissions in one day is pretty good. Now the goal is to repeat that over and over again. It is actually a small jump from starting to have days like this, to doing it every day in this industry.

This wouldn’t have happened if I pussy footed around, didn’t take action, and didn’t buy the products.  When you are willing to put in the work, it pays to buy stuff.  $1,822 in commissions is coming my way because I made a decision to buy something.

You might market for the same company as I do, perhaps not; it doesn’t matter, the concept is universal.  If you want to sell more, buy more.  If you are in a company, and you haven’t bought the highest package, don’t expect to sell the highest package because you probably don’t have the BELIEF to sell it, and you’ll take people’s excuses when they lie to you and tell you that they don’t have the money.

Yes, I said LIE, because the truth is that 99.9% of the time people have the money to spend if they have the belief that they can make it back.

I Spent My Last $1,200 On A Mountain In BFE Alaska

This is a hilarious story, I’m not going to get into all of it today, but a little over a year ago I was touring through southern Alaska with my family.  I got a call from my friend that told me I had to invest $1,200 RIGHT NOW because it was going to turn into over 1 Million dollars OVERNIGHT!

I drove up to a mountain resort in the middle of the night to get an internet connection, and spent my vacation money on a get rich quick pipe dream because I trusted my friend.  I’m still waiting for that to turn into millions, but I ain’t banking on it…LMAO!

The point of that story is that people have the money if they believe they will make the money back.  Honestly, what people are saying when they say, “I don’t have the money,” is, “I don’t believe I will make my money back.”  It’s just the truth.

If someone were trying to sell me a $1,200 money making system, I probably wouldn’t have bought it that day because I was on vacation and wouldn’t have worked it at the time… in other words I wouldn’t have believed that I would make my money back in a reasonable time frame.

My point is that if you believe a business will work, then your first step is to buy the products.  When you have bought the products, you can tell other people to do the same, because you know that YOU didn’t make excuses.

That’s why it pays to buy stuff.

If you want to make more money on the internet, I recommend buying more stuff.  I also recommend buying stuff that pays high commissions, because it is a lot easier to make more money when you are keeping a higher percentage of every sale.

If you are wondering what I think is the best thing to buy, well for one I think Article Builder is a great product, but to be honest the commissions are only 50% when you sell it, that isn’t bad, but it isn’t great either.  This is what I would buy(Click Here).  It is easy to sell, and pays out better than anything else that I know.
