Moving With the Currents in Your MLM

As you can see, I am taking a breather from my campaign to Sponsor Chuck Norris.  However, if you have any information as to the accomplishment of this grand task, I am still pleading for your help.  My efforts thus far have been in vain, so I do ask that you tweet my last post and share it on Facebook if you haven’t already because I’m not one to give up on a vision.

Even Though He didn’t even respond to my email or endless attempts to tweet my dreams to the world…

Damn, network marketing is fun isn’t it? Well, it can be if you have the right attitude about it anyways.

…Back to the subject at hand… Tai Chi is a good example of what I was talking about in the video.  Many of the moves in this martial art use the force of the opponents attack as a weapon against them.  Only a drowning fool will try and fight the currents of the ocean, but the power of its mighty waves can often be harnessed to move you in your desired direction.

Lets roll this back a minute and see how it applies to your MLM.  You finally “Got One…” two weeks later he quits.  Choice A: spend a lot of time trying to talk him out of it.  Choice B: accept it, move on and go find someone else.  I’m going to put it this way, it is a lot harder to raise the dead than it is to have sex and make a new baby.

Usually when someone has quit, there is very little you can do to change their mind, because by the time they tell you they have already made their decision.  I can tell you from experience that even if you do manage to talk them back, odds are they are just going to quit again. Quitters Quit, don’t try and fight that current, you’ll just end up with tired arms.  I’m not saying don’t take 5 minutes to try, I’m just saying don’t get hung up on the result.

Fighting the forces that are outside of your control is a waste of time.  Harness the power of the situation.

    On a different note; very valid points about going with the current and not fighting someone that doesn’t see the opportunity that’s right in front of them. You need people in your business who are hungry for it and will do whatever it takes to keep at it, daily, weekly and yearly until they achieve success. Way to keep it real as usual Aki!       It is in some ways, not in others. I actually love Alaska, and am going to be moving back there for a year in December. It’s one of the most beautiful, untouched places in the world, and I am going to bring my little family there to experience its grandeur.

      …and then I’m going to move somewhere tropical again, because I do miss the snow and snowboarding, but when push comes to shove, I prefer the tropics for the long run.
